【記者蕭文彥台北報導】民主進步黨立法院黨團9日質疑，中國國民黨副總統參選人王如玄在部分軍宅未完工前就買進，為什麼比別人早一步知道有眷戶要賣軍宅？應說明清楚。國民黨陣營則籲回歸政策討論。

對此，國民黨總統參選人朱立倫競選總部發言人李正皓表示，關於王如玄購買眷村改建宅時間點的問題，所有法院的判例或相關規定都能確定一切買賣行為都合法，而王如玄本人也在昨天的記者會上針對不符合大眾道德期待的部分道歉，甚至願意將獲利全數捐出做公益，希望民進黨的朋友能停止無根據的質疑與抹黑，讓選舉回歸公共政策討論。

民進黨團書記長陳亭妃說，經過比對發現，仁愛新城是在1997年到1998年之間完工，但王如玄在1995年就買進2戶；大鵬新城是2000年完工，王如玄在1997、1998、1999年各買1戶；復華新城2011年完工，2012年才交屋，現在甚至還在閉鎖期內，王如玄卻在2008年就買進。

民進黨立委陳其邁指出，王如玄當時擔任律師，又從事公證業務，王如玄也知道國軍老舊眷村改建條例相關的規定，卻還從事這樣的交易行為，陳其邁認為這已經違反律師倫理，律師公會應該進行審酌。2015/12/9
